The chairman of the All Progressives Congress APC, Ebonyi State chapter, Chief Stanley Okoro Emegha has conveyed his heartfelt wishes to Hon Chima Presley Ekumankama on the special occasion of his birthday anniversary.
Hon Chima Presley Ekumankama is the Chairman of Edda Council where the State APC Chairman, Emegha hails from. The birthday wishes are contained in a message the party boss personally signed and made public.
