Governor Nwifuru Sympathizes with His Akwa Ibom Counterpart Over Wife’s Death
The Ebonyi State Governor, Chief Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru has sympathised with his Akwa Ibom State counterpart, Pastor Umo Eno on the death of his wife, Patience.
In a message he personally signed, the governor expressed deep sadness over the demise of the first lady, Pastor Patience Umo Eno stressing that her excellent personality will forever remain in the hearts of people.
The Governor’s condolences message which was made available by his Chief Press Secretary, Dr Monday Eze reads:
“I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of your beloved wife and First Lady of Akwa Ibom State Pastor Mrs. Patience Umo Eno.
“On behalf of the government and people of Ebonyi State, I extend our heartfelt condolences to you, your family, and the entire people of Akwa Ibom State during this difficult time.
“The First Lady’s unwavering commitment to service—her compassion for the less privileged, and her remarkable contributions to the well-being of the people of Akwa Ibom State will forever remain in our hearts.
“Your wife was a stickler to excellence and her pursuit to democratic ideals aided the good governance the people of Akwa Ibom State are enjoying under your administration . Her legacies of humility and impacts she made on the lives of others will continue to inspire us all.
“Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in this moment. Of grief
“May her soul rest in perfect peace, and may God grant you the strength to bear this heavy burden.
