Tripartite Thanksgiving: Gov Nwifuru’s Aide Appreciates: Calls for More Support
The Senior Special Assistant to Ebonyi State Governor, Chief Francis Nwifuru on Project Development and State Ombudsman, Dr Obinna Onwe has reiterated his resolve to work in total compliance with rules establishing his new office.
Dr Onwe gave the assurance during a special and tripartite thanksgiving’s reception celebrating his child’s dedication to God, end of his tenure as local government chairman and his appointment as SSA to the Governor.
Going down the memory lane, at the venue of the reception in Abakaliki, the Ebonyi State Capital, the immediate past chairman of Ishielu council area appreciated the Governor for influencing his former position while he was the speaker of the state house of Assembly stressing that he remains a major benefactor of the first family.
In an emotion-laden voice, the Governor’s aide, Dr Onwe in the company of his wife and children including the newly dedicated, Miss Kaira Chimnora said his indebtedness to people’s goodwill would spur him to build more on his knack for hardwork, discipline and professionalism in discharging the responsibilities attached to his new office.
He further, called on the people to rally round Governor Nwifuru by giving him all the necessary support to continue in his quest to develop Ebonyi State and give the citizenry a better life stressing that his administration has achieved a lot in less than two years in office
Earlier, the chairman of the occasion who also spearheads over the affairs of the people of Ezza North local government area, Chief Moses Ogodo-Ali Nomeh described the SSA to the governor as a think-tank, team player and hero who works tirelessly to achieve set goals without soiling himself or getting entangled by political brouhaha.
