CMS, NAPHPN Seal Deal on Public Health Talent Recruitment

Corona Management Systems (CMS) has entered into a four-year strategic partnership with the National Association of Public Health Practitioners of Nigeria (NAPHPN) to connect qualified public health professionals with employment opportunities across the health sector.
In a statement issued in Enugu on Friday, the Chief Operations Officer of CMS, Koko Aadum, said the collaboration is aimed at bridging the gap between the growing number of trained public health practitioners and the shortage of skilled personnel in critical areas of healthcare delivery.
He explained that both organisations would establish a structured recruitment framework to provide government agencies, non-governmental organisations and private institutions with access to a pool of qualified and pre-screened professionals.
According to Aadum, the partnership will reduce recruitment delays, strengthen workforce readiness and improve healthcare service delivery.
He added that the initiative would develop a curated talent pool covering primary healthcare, field epidemiology, environmental health, community nutrition, health promotion, monitoring and evaluation, as well as health information systems.
Speaking, NAPHPN National President, Prof. Emmanuel Ode, described the partnership as a major step toward creating jobs for members of the association.
He said the collaboration would provide transparent and credible access to employment through job expos, rapid referrals and coordinated CV sharing, while promoting professional standards and improving service delivery.
Under the agreement, NAPHPN will provide professional oversight and access to its verified members, while CMS will deploy its expertise in health systems strengthening, research and digital health across 10 countries to support recruitment and workforce development.
