Member representing Ezza South/Ikwo Federal Constituency in the National Assembly of Nigeria, Comrade Chinedu Ogah has distributed 5,000 bags of fertilisers, rice seedlings and 50 million naira cash to farmers to boost farming across the constituency.
Distributing the agricultural inputs on Saturday at Blessed Martins College of Nursing Science, Ohatekwe Amagu Ikwo, in Ikwo Local Government Area, he attributed his achievements in the National Assembly to the peaceful atmosphere fostered by Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru in the state.
Addressing the crowd, Comrade Ogah pledged support for the Nwifuru administration’s People’s Charter of Needs agenda and urged constituents to back Governor Nwifuru and all APC candidates in the 2027 general elections.
Represented by Deputy State Chairman, Hon. Chinedu Alphonsus Nwali, APC State Chairman Chief Stanley Okoro Emegha praised Comrade Ogah’s quality representation, saying it has earned him widespread support for re-election.
“He had become a model of effective representation through consistent empowerment programmes, attraction of critical constituency projects, scholarship interventions and regular interaction with his constituents”. He said while stating that the legislator is one of the party’s proudest products.
Similarly, Speaker of the Ebonyi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Moses Ije Odunwa, praised Ogah’s impactful projects and empowerment programmes, urging him to sustain quality representation. He expressed confidence the people would re-elect him in 2027.
The highlight of the event was cultural displays by women’s groups from the constituency and youths, who chanted in solidarity support for the re-election of Governor Nwifuru and Comrade Ogah.
